best to use the access tools folded thin plastic sleeve to keep long reach tool from coming into contact with paint, plastic, or weatherstripping to insure no damage to those parts, with a minimum or air bag inflation.

Is there a safety feature that engages after doing this method that doesn't allow the car to start? I used this method yesterday, didn't frive the car and now it won't start. Lights and everything else work, doesn't seem like the battery is dead. Any help would be appreciated!
