Why Cutting your ROM Short On Squats is Not Serving Anything But Your Own Ego (Overrated/Underrated)

In this clip from the upcoming TTM show (Ep. 127 - Overrated/Underrated, airing tomorrow on Spotify & iTunes), I discussed why squatting with a full range of motion is highly underrated.

Most people in typical gyms have never touched their hamstrings to their calves under load, let alone under control and for multiple reps, and are therefore missing out on the several benefits of full ROM training.

Going to full depth is the ultimate high leverage, "multiple birds with 1 stone" approach; it enhances mobility, builds more muscle and is less stressful on the knees (if it hurts your knees, that's a sign you have something to resolve, not a reason to avoid doing it).

Listen in to hear a more in depth explanation on why you should consider swallowing your pride, putting your ego to the side and making your calves and hamstrings best buddies.
