Oh man, Thank You! I play on PC and bought it from the Xbox store. I never turned on my Xbox between game sessions. Saved and quit last night. Then hopped on today, and this error came up. Used this method, hid the files again, and, boom! It worked. Much appreciated!

I do not have those files. I have the following: Starfield - Content - Config (has folder IMAGES - which has the starfield background) - Creations (oddly enough that one is empty) - D3D12 (has two items in it (core and layer) - Data (which looks like it has all the mods) and a video folder that houses all the temple visions, etc that are in game)

Now I ONLY had gotten the starting credits and starborn armor as my FIRST and ONLY mod.
Played a bit on the Xbox (primary way of playing)

Switched to the PC and got the Mantis Lair as Player outpost, Vlad's villa as player's outpost, starshards, old atlantis, the enhanced book shelf displays, outpost containers, better living, xenomaster downloaded. the rest I didn't download.

So my question is, where in the heck did the constellation and old mars go??? there is NO folder or files for it as I searched the PC system for it and I can't find it in the Creations menu to reinstall it. 😢

Any assistance would be awesome!! I already saw the reddit link you have and did some googling but nothing. its like the files are

Appreciate the visual my man. For people who don't see the Constella and Old Mars folder even after unhiding - you probably have to download the DLC(s) on your PC as well, this is why you can't see them. Once you download them, they should be available!! Worked for me at least! Good luck, and thanks for the video bud!

Edit: Actually, my game crashes everytime I start it on PC now, so I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the folders DID show up!

Edit 2 - just restart your PC lol it works

Hidden files was what I was missing - I gather Constellation is for Premium Edition? I only have Old Mars via Game Pass

This didn't work for me at all. Mine only has Old Mars on it & when I go into the files there is no folder for it at all.

What about Steam Users? My Xbox Folder are Empty and The Starfield Folder on Steam look different. I cant even find the "old Mars" or "Constellation " Folders.

Whata about console version? my internet d/c offline and it gives me this error when booting up game

I got this error switching from pc to console version. I then tried again on pc and checked the xboxgames folder. I never purchased or installed old mars or constellation. I don't have these folders, but I still get this error message. Older save games don't have them but I really don't want to go back and delete my progress. I guess as with all microsoft software, always make plenty of saves is the best solution.
