Caught on video: Woman shoots 7-month old baby | LiveNOW from FOX

Philadelphia police say they have arrested a woman wanted for allegedly shooting a 7-month old baby boy in the leg.

28-year-old Dominique Billups is seen on video walking up to the boy's mother and father and opening fire.

Billups was arrested just a few hours after authorities released surveillance video of the shooting.

Police say a neighbor took the infant to a nearby hospital where he was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.

Emergency first aid for druggies handbook does say when your baby is shot to walk an hour back home leaving the baby out in the heat and that the bleeding will stop quickly on it's own, on account a baby doesn't have that much blood. 😢 Luckily the bystander saved that poor kid, hope they are rehomed.
