Since the media won't report facts: It's 4 black youths, one as young as 16. My friend was carjacked after they followed her to the ATM, they jacked her a few blocks later. She said they were all black and VERY YOUNG.

Law Enforcement need to have decoy cars to be used to help deter carjackings. Once the car is jacked the doors will not open and the suspects will not be able to exit the car. I got this idea from the HBO special Jacked.
