I've been a juicer over 40 years. I am the beet juice queen. Everyone loves my juice. Recipe: 1 beet root with or without leaves; 6 medium carrots; 4 stalks of celery; 1 cucumber; 1 finger length of ginger; 2 apples (I use pink lady) optional: 1/2 stalk of burdock root; 1 turmeric root; 1 raw sweet potato. Makes enough for 3 people. In my 60s, still juicing since I was a teenager. Blessings to you and your family.
