Now I've seen a lot of tricks to pimp your burger, but *this* must be the *best & most practical idea I've ever seen!* Even better than those tricks from molecular gastronomy and the like!
You get a condiment *and* a moisture barrier? Count me in! I'ma try this at home tonight;)

Cool. I make roasted tomato sauce leather that can be used the same way or rehydrated with pasta water to make sauce. Thought I'd make ketchup for travelling with and voila, here's your video. Salsa does well, too. However, I use an Excalibur dehydrator, not an oven, fits more.

Ok, so ….silly question: are we talking about squeezing a regular bottled ketchup on a baking sheet & baking or like tomato sauce?Thx!!!
