Ketchup leather taste test

An American restaurant, Plan Check, has developed a type of ketchup that claims to be the solution for soggy burgers. Ketchup Leather is ketchup in dehydrated form, so it prevents all messiness. Of course, we had to try it to test if this would come to replace all the bottled ketchup.

To be fair I have made this, and it amped up my burger in a whole new way. I think the reason it was not great for this group was because it was placed on a dry McDonalds patty. When you place ketchup leather on a juicy angus patty, you get more of the sweetness out of ketchup than you traditionally would and transform your burger to the next level.

I'm from 2027. The Ketchup Leather should be shallow fried, very briefly to get some caramelization, then slid onto a burger patty, while the patty itself is still hot. We also have various flavor spin-offs by my time. Ketchup Leather, made with ketchup plus any number of other things, such as: sriracha, smoked chipotle, garlic, cajun/creole seasoning, gyro (Greek) seasoning, and even British-style "HP" sauce flavor (similar to A1 steak sauce). (not all at once, mind you)

Anything on a cold McD burger is going to taste horrible because McD's burgers taste horrible. Nothing can improve them. Try this on a screaming-hot-off-the-grill burger and you will wonder why you ever lived without it.
