Yes, yes - Cracow Philharmonic Hall on Straszewskiego with trams driving next to the concert hall doors. In 1989 trams were even louder than today. Ring of the tram can be heard too. Also piano quality in the end of PRL era wasn't good. Combining all together with excellent piano playing gives us fantastic historic document of music culture in Poland. Thanks for posting it.
Is it "official" recording or is it done by someone in the audience?

Thank you for the experience of LIFE in art through ART in life. We live in the mind of Chopin through Sokolov, therefore Chopin lives. A beautiful mind . We are all ONE.

In this version of no. 12 it seems to me the inner voices in the tenor register "sing" more naturally & easily than in that famous encore performance. (Pace Raineri H.!) Althouh I admit the piano timbre here seems darker slightly murky... And btw most of his detractors make cheap shots about tempi and generally are unclear about the different locations of their a__ and their elbow!

25.6 had at least four clearly noticeable mistakes in it... :-)
