If you are looking for the best nonstick pan or like me, the best nonstick fry pan for eggs, then look no further. I'm sharing with you two of the best nonstick frying pans that are available on the market today in 2022 that I've personally tested out and loved. Both the Le Creuset Toughened Nonstick Pro Frying Pan and the T-Fal Prograde Nonstick Pan have won my loyalty, even at opposite ends of the range when it comes to price point. As someone with insulin resistance, I eat a lot of eggs in my everyday diet. So investing in a good nonstick pan was important to me.

A little bit about my blood sugar journey... I was told I was insulin resistant in 2017 after a glucose tolerance test my reproductive endocrinologist ordered for me when I was having trouble getting pregnant. And after conceiving, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes very early on. Most people talking about pans mention the material and construction. Aluminum, stainless steel, multi-ply stainless and aluminum, cast iron, high carbon steel, are what most pans are made of.
So if you're going to give a review, this should be something you mention. The pan you talked about is probably just plain aluminum, although pans like that don't usually cost over $100, so you might have a stainless steel and aluminum hybrid. It wasn't cast iron or high carbon steel, never that would be very apparent.
Le Creuset is an extremely high-end, high margin brand, so you could likely get a virtually identical pan from another maker for like half the price.
Le Creuset is for rich people who don't care about money.

My mom has bought a lot of these "super awesome non stick nothing burns nothing sticks!" pans from Sams Club over the years and theyre pretty hit and miss. Alot of them are just trash. Sometimes you really do have to spend the money on quality. Not all the time, but sometimes.
