Granite Pass, Mojave National Preserve, California 4K

Granite Pass is easy to get to if you are traveling on Interstate 40 in southeastern California. The campsites are surrounded by giant granite boulders and a diverse collection of desert plants.
This is a small cluster of 8 sites in the Mojave National Preserve that hosts over 300 dispersed sites, free to camp, in the 1.6 million-acre park. Let's keep it that way and pack-out all garbage, either bury or pack-out all human waste, bring our own wood, and make sure to drown our fires.

I really appreciate this video. Perfectly made, love the information in the captions, the description of the campsites and showing of the road. Good work!

Wow, this video was exactly what I needed to "pre-scout" spots. I saw you cited good cell signal at the spots. Do you recall how strong it was and who is your carrier? I work while I camp and not ready to plunk down the cash for Starlink! Thanks, great video.

Do you mind sharing coordinates of these campsites?
