Parts of this area remind me of Spirit Mountain outside of Laughlin, NV - definitely worth checking out. The granite rock formations are breathtaking.

One of the greatest places for hunting in California. An amazing place to hunt varmits year-round, Dove and Quail, and the very best place for hunting Mule Deer.
It's even possible to shoot a Desert Bighorn here if the stars align for you.
