To apply for a Sponsor License, employers must be able to demonstrate that they are genuine and operating legally in the UK. They must also show that they can meet certain obligations and responsibilities, including ensuring that their sponsored workers have the right to work in the UK, complying with UK immigration law, and maintaining accurate records.
