Isn't the enp3s0 specific to each machine?

That file was empty on my machine, plus I think on mine the line code is not enp3s0 but enp2s0f0. I found out by entering:
$ sudo lshw -C network
and looking under *network 'til I found the slightly similar entry to yours.

Strangely, after entering your code my tray symbol showed no Ethernet connection, only WiFi, which I had turned off, however, the connection was working!

it worked for me when i saved it, reboot and then deleted it and then reboot then it started working, thx :)
