I think they've got a few good riffs, but I don't think they deserve this kind of fame. The TRUTH is (no pun intended) that they've got this kind of fame because not only are they young (which in an essence is a thing that makes people more exaggerated of talent) but they're black - and black culture is usually represented within rap music. They're subliminally advertised as a "different" band, but that's just their looks, and not their style of music.  

There are little Asian 10 year old bands around that write 12 minute masterpieces and are truly made of talent.

Props to them though. At least they've added vocals into their songs now.

They're gonna get screwed, a la Crooked X/Black Tide. I just hope that by the end of their contract they still have the drive to make music, because their material really isn't that bad, it's well written, but it does sound like it was penned by some pre teens. Heres an idea for the next interview, speak up please!

nothing against these kids, good for them for playing music and forming a band and being creative but these are the times we live in... give attention to the gimmick. Lacking talent? NO problem give them a record deal...fuckin pathetic.
