So I bought the 34" one unboxed it set it up, I was a little disappointed because it was as little to narrow in the height and coming from a MSi 32" monitor Im used to having it a little taller, So I got the 45" one, then was reading reviews that it wasent as clear or good as the 39" SOO I cancled that one and ended up getting the 39" one, And plus I think the 45" might be a little to big for my desk, because I do have another monitor on my left and my on top as well. I looked all over for the demenions cause I was going to mesure it and see where the 39" and the 45" screens were.

For PS5? Why? PS5 does not do UW. You are stretching the image which is awful or playing with bars. It makes no sense for consoles

i got the 45GS95QE 45 inches ultrawide and yes i used it for ps5 console. I know the ps5 doesnt do ultrawide but i really wanted to give the 800r curved a try and see if i like it and it worked pretty well for me at least. Not sure for other but for me it totally fine. It like going from full screen to a widescreen. Your eyes got used to it if you dont pay attention too much and it feel natural in the end. It still gave you that immersion view and more enjoyable than a flat but then again is not for everyone so try for a while and see if you like it. Give it a week if you must so your eyes got adapt to it. if not you can return within the time frame. For me i enoyed it. And for those that wonder if there will be black bar? no if you set it to full screen in ratio aspect this is default by the way it worked right out of the box or set to orginial and it will shown 2 black bar on the side. this monitor is 2k but the ps5 can do 4k as downscale just not native 4k but it will be clearer than 2k resolution as 60hz i believe. Set to 2k if you want 120hz

Good day... Will you please do me a favour? Will you please do a more detailed demonstration of the monitor's Input Settings? Mainly the Cinema 1 & Cinema 2 Aspect Ratio Settings & how they affect: 1. PS5 16:9 content*weather the image is stretched to fit or - ehem, properly - crop/zoomed)as well as 2. 21:9 content trapped inside a 16:9 render(any 21:9 YouTube trailer video which does not fit the screen properly)... Also, will you please demonstrate how the monitor deals with 4K, 2K, 1K, & 720p when set to it's Just Scan Aspect Ratio Setting? Please Note: The Screen Size PS5 setting can be used to adjust the area which the game HUD takes up(make it smaller) - where in some games(Street Fighter 5, Borderlands etc), same can be adjusted even further - FOV in some games can make readjusting the zoom of the Cinema modes further... (let me know if you need more clarification - I have sample pics) Thanks...

this isnt good for console. You are stretching the image. PS5 doesnt support UW. PC gaming, sure. better witha 42 inch LG C4 for console or a Sony Bravia tv

Whatever you do, don't buy anything directly from LG. I paid $1200 for literally nothing. I ordered a 45" 240 hz monitor and they sent the wrong item. They shipped me a 34" 100hz monitor and they refuse to exchange it for the correct item. I've never seen a company make such a big mistake and then just tell me they are not going to fix it. Worst customer service experience of my life

Why is everybody in the comments saying that PS5 does not support UW ? I have been playing for months with my PS5 on my UW screen and it is defintely supported ! The image is not stretched, on the contrary, actually I have more FOV
