How I filmed my 1st short film | EP 22

Growing up the idea of being an actor always captivated me, initially because I saw people like Mac Efron and Brad Pitt and though wow that guy must get a lot of girls, but as Ive ages more so in relation to my infatuation with human behaviour and the idea that you or I can become anyone or anything. So when I had the idea late at night one summers evening to film my own short film I couldn't let it go and set about setting up my own short film. And after securing a team of my best mate and my grandads best mates Grandson we set about chasing down Hollywood. In this video I discuss what it takes to be an actor, what goes into a performance, the planning that goes into a production, why sometimes just going out and doing something is the best thing, how to film a short film, how to be become an actor and much more!

I hope you enjoy this video as much as I had making it, I can't wait for you guys to see the final results!

As an actor in Brazil, I would loove to see the end result. I felt like this video was pretty nice to show ppl the *day* of shooting and as you talked about the planning and what can (will even) go wrong, but not necessarily the actor's involvement in all of that. It's also a whole other world to prepare the character, the "method actor" sensationalism that goes with what shooting or being part of a play means. All in all, though, great job man, your videos are getting more and more interesting!
