Worm Farm Watering HACK My BEST YET!

This could be my best Watering Worm Farm yet as it works just amazing!
I have been testing this method for months now and this is the simplest best way to get water down into your worm farm slowly!
The compost worms eventually start eating the material and as they do you just stack more on top over time.

Marty and Uchiba, I have looked at a lot of cooking videos on youtube and been shocked and dismayed that other countries are using PLASTIC egg cartons. In Australia all of the eggs sold here are in cardboard egg cartons, in supermarkets, and direct sales at farmers markets. You might be easily able to get corrugated cardboard fruit box inserts from supermarkets and fruit and vege shops (I can).These are also like tiny bowls and would achieve the same beneficial effect Marty just showed.

Hey Marty, I am trialling this in my worm cafe. The worms have started to make their way to the top of the egg cartons. Is it still ok to pour the water/worm juice through the top? I won't drown them?

Where did you get the egg cartons ? Now they mostly used plastic cartons 🤷🏼‍♂️

How come there's a 50/50 split in opinion regarding whether you should occasionally add water to your system vs never adding water such that there is no lechate coming out of the bottom? Seems to work either way I guess. I have heard that the lechate is filled with anaerobic bacteria and to never recycle it like that. I've tried both ways and the results seem roughly the same lol. Matter of preference perhaps.
