i have some isue almost like that..when i build the a.exe i dont see completed mesage and i cant run the a.exe im starting to wonder if this is a sign...😢 i have been setting up mingw-w64 it took hours until i got that part working in cmd i can build .exe files and rename them but in vs code something seems wrong with the terminal😢
