we have water sensors... theyre great for early warning to catch a bad situation before it turns worse. one under each sink, one by water heater (in the pan around it), one under the central HVAC, and one behind the 2 refrigerators. 👍👍👍

Splash job. 🤣 I’m going to have that in my head all day. Our builder cut a big square for our round drain pipes. A mouse got in underneath and messed up our jacuzzi heater. Maybe we’ll fix it soon.

That’s awesome they have you a panel. As a service plumber many of the Roman style tubs I come across have zero access. I’d fill the tub and drain it and do everything I could to the tub valve to see if it will leak.
