Hey guys, welcome to another Pilates class. This 14 minute routine is short and effective, perfect for runners working to build a stronger and more mobile body. We work the calves, core, shoulders and chest through functional movements, before moving onto some back and glute work. Pilates is excellent for activating smaller stability muscles throughout the hips, back and shoulders, so as a runner looking to stay injury free, I highly recommend the practice.
