Hola Pilates people,

This 30 Minutes express Pilates class fits in a whole lot of burning using just yourself, a band and your mat. Work your lower body, back, core and glutes (booty band optional) and finish with a nice runners stretch. I recommend following up with further glute stretching.

This was part of our LIVE Pilates series, designed for runners or really anyone who wants to get a holistic, full body workout. I'm feeling it today!
