Finding the right part or tool attachment for any DeWALT tool can be frustrating. This HACK makes a DeWALT tool owners life so much easier. Gone are the days of endlessly searching old message boards for the answers. Forget about being passed around from one phone bot to another, endlessly going from one phone menu to another. In this video I show you how to talk to right person, right away! Right to a customer service representative who knows the answer or will find the answer for you. This also applies for Black & Decker, Craftsman, Porter Cable, and every tool company owned by Stanley Black & Decker Inc.

Awesome video and I see there's a service centre in my hometown where I still work (but moved away to live in a quieter rural area). I'm mostly a Ridgid guy but I have a few Dewalt tools. Holding on to this video for future reference!!!

I'm going back through my Google photos to find out which model I had that had the edge guide from the 90's. I'll email you with that as well as the edge guide photo

Honestly, this was a really cool video. Not only was it really valuable information for anyone with tools of those brands, but it was genuinely interesting to relive the process of getting to that useful information. I very much enjoyed this new format of video. It was different from the usual, but I will say that it was certainly a delight to go on that journey with you! Thanks for another great video! 😊

👍👍👍 Спасибо за видео. Хотел снять видео про Dewalt, где он родился и вырос, как он стал таким каким был а информации вообще нет((
