Elle’s explanation of her grief was lovely, I just wanted to add my experience of a similar situation. When I’ve lost family members, I just wanted to get rid of the majority of their belongings, which I did and sometimes I now regret it, but I remind myself that it’s what I needed at the time and that’s the most important thing. I think it’s important not to rush those decisions but the longer you hold onto items the more difficult it will be to get rid of them❤️❤️

I’m 66 years old, and I would have loved to have had a friend like you in my younger mum years because my mum wasn’t around, different circumstances to yours because my mum is still alive, but I did find navigating motherhood hard at times like most of us do, but there was no social media back then to go to, we just had to get on with it and hope for the best. I love watching YouTube, but you’re right about who to trust because you can get sucked in by toxic people. You’re a beautiful, intelligent and kind soul Elle, and your mum would be so very proud of the woman you’ve become. I subscribed to your channel quite by chance sometime ago now, and I’m so enjoying watching your journey with your beautiful family and so excited to see your little girl when she finally arrives.
