HOUSE TOUR | A Handsome, Moody Home in North Carolina

Today on Homeworthy, we're touring the North Carolina home of Windsor Dalton. When Windsor reluctantly moved from Los Angeles back to his hometown of Winston-Salem, he never anticipated falling in love with the place.

However, as a budding interior designer, he discovered that being in the design capital of the country was exactly where he was meant to be. Windsor has since transformed his home into a luxurious oasis, layered with earthy tones, sculptural pieces, and striking art from all walks of his life.

It’s very refreshing to see an old house being treated with such care and respect. Just lovely!! Your rationale for things is spot on, I shop with my heart too. My husband used to say "Where are you going to put that?" and my response was always, "I'm not sure but I know it will be beautiful". Eventually, he stopped asking!
