Amazing house!! First, I prefer built-ins ❤!!! Love the fixtures, especially those two candled chandeliers!! Huge primary BdR and bathroom 😱, magnificent!!! Love the huge walkin closet with a ‘window ‘ 👍🏿!! Rest of house is beautiful!! Great video, thanks for sharing!! Take care!!

Definitely pulled one over on me...at first glance, I thought for a moment that this one was in Texas (but then I saw the aerial shot of the rear/lower level). Amazing plan though!

Beautiful home and lower level.

But you have got to be kidding! They built one of the most beautiful bar areas down there, with no sink! I remember seeing a previous Toll Brothers home just as beautiful, but the same thing! They expect people to use the restroom downstairs or haul their drinks upstairs to dump out beverages that were unfinished, to rinse glasses, etc?

Designers, think about it: what is the purpose of a bar or kitchen area like this?

And this is an extremely costly oversight! It would take thousands of $ to try to put a sink in after the fact, punching into walls for plumbing, having to replace an entire countertop, possibly replacing cabinetry as well.

Same w outdoor “kitchen”.

And I know this; my kitchen is under construction right now, and I hate having to use a lavatory sink to get
water, decant unused liquids, etc.

I really don't care for the glass pane doors on the closets and such. Not only is this more glass to clean, I don't want to see what is inside the closets. The white or plain doors give a more cohesive look to the home.
