I just bought the 6l in midnight for photo walks and day trips. It's gorgeous. I can fit my XT3 with 35mm f2 attached plus 2 more f2 lenses and a small water bottle. I still have room for batteries, kindle, usb power bank and even a tripod, coat or umbrella underneath using the zip ties.
I normally squeeze in my 18oz hydro-flask but to do this I need to remove the lens from the camera and place the flask in the middle of the bag. Even then its a tight fit to get the zip closed. In this regard an 8l version would be better for me personally or have an optional bottle pouch on the side or bottom. A lot of people have hydro-flasks.
I wouldn't get the 10l bag to carry a laptop etc on one shoulder, I will probably buy the backpack zip version in blue for that. I do like the duffel bag as well in sage green as I could use that for travel excursions. Ah!
All in all, I recommend this bag. Great build quality and rain proof. I am confident my gear is fully protected.

I've never ordered something so quick in my life! Been trying to find a small stylish carry bag for my X100F and had been thinking about the 5l but was looking for something a tad smaller and boom peak design solved the problem!!

I really like the expansion of the old style 10L. This looks cleaner but is there a particular reason why this feature was omitted?

There was minor flaws with the version 1 but it was a good messenger bag. I don't like the version 2 everyday sling 10L at all, apart from the fact that it has 2 zippers on the top. I really wish if Peak Design have kept the design overall and improved on the minor flaws function wise. I don't like the Ash color compared to the Charcol color neither.
I'm so disappointed with the recent peak design bags because I've been using many peak design products for so long, and I want to replace them but can't find anything good enough to replace among the newer bags. It doesn't feel as well thought out comparing to the older ones. It looks so normal and lost part of its convenience as well. I don't get it. Did the head of the design team been replaced or something?
