I own the ULANZI 6L camera bag, and after almost 7 months of use, I'm impressed by the building materials. I used it for two trips abroad it is the perfect addition if you're looking for a budget-friendly travel/photography bag. I can fit a Canon body camera and 2 or 3 lenses, I usually pack the camera body with a 28-80 mm lens, and also a 70-300 mm lens with no problem, .
I can't recommend the camera bag enough, whether you're a beginner photographer or just looking for a nice travel sling bag I think this is the go-to budget-friendly sling bag.

My mom bought one kislux and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.

Great video. Just when I think I have found what I am looking for- was narrowing it down to a few different alpaka ones I think that bellroy might actually the perfect fit for my needs. Not too big and yet can fit my camera and a lens.

Appreciated your comments on each of the slings. But it would be more helpful if you had MORE LIGHT into the Interior of each sling especially when they're mostly dark colored.

I was looking for a minimalistic cross body bag myself and found an all black Coach "Track Belt Bag" that was on sale for stupid cheap, ~$80. It's larger than Hex Ranger Mini for only 10 bucks more, and cheaper than the full size Ranger while also being sleeker. It can carry a body and a lens or two lenses with room and compartments for plenty of accessories. I hike and do a lot of out door stuff so most of my small bags are tactical looking. I even have the coyote/tan version of the black waist pack you show at 4:41 lol. This bag will draw a lot less attention and fit in everywhere I think, semi-formal to casual.

Nice video but for me and depends where you are taking photos, I'd never wear it on my back in certain places as Pickpockets love bags that are worn like that and to add they also almost never actually put everything in a bag, they look great empty but sometimes not that practical when fully loaded, in some of the bags they had internal pockets but clearly unusable when a Camera is put in it but a nice range of bags to investigate so thanks for that.

PeakDesign slings definitely need a v3, the front pocket is almost non-functional & should be hidden on the back instead for a larger opening. I sold my 3L recently because whilst excellent for my camera, a couple of primes and maybe a battery there's just no space for anything else - not even a mobile unless you take the camera out first but then you have to re-organise it and fumble around. The 6L is better yet thanks to their shape they bounce around quite easily, disappointing and clearly style before function. I like the Venture 6L having gotten one myself recently, the cushioned bottom helps although I still find it tricky once you start putting a camera with lens + another lens and there's no handle to grab on the go

I like Peak Design 6L ver2, but I like PD sling 10L ver1 more. I'm still using 10L ver1. I think you're right, the front pocket is really small, maybe Peak Design need a ver3 for sling bags. But all these bags you mentioned I like Peak Design the most, mainly because of its stiff surface.

Fjallraven is my fav small light sling, generous 3 compartments, mesh back, is hip pack/sling/packable, but I wish we had a minimal branding version or cooler new material like VX42, would look much better if it holds the shape when empty, but then it would not be so packable.

by far the best is the ulanzi (it's the better version of bellory but worse material) I wish for more premium versio and little bit taller like by 2cm

i've been thinking of getting a sling bag for work. which one would be great for just carrying an iPad Air, a water bottle, pens, and paper sides.

Can you demo sling backpacks please. they are bigger then slings so i am wondering if you can open them when slinged forward, or what that would look like? Are they functional?

Hi Desy, which sling bag do you recommend for daily carry that fits an umbrella and a Sony A7 camera? Thanks!

Thanks for making this video! You seem like the perfect person to ask given the amount of bags you’ve reviewed!

I’ve got the R6 mark ii, rf28-70 & rf70-200 2.8. I want a small discreet sling bag that can fit the above in. I won’t need any additional space, so looking for something that’s compact.

Having checked the measurements for the peak design 6 litre sling, I thought it would be just right but I can’t close the zip.

Do you have any recommendations for something discrete/compact that could fit my kit?

Thanks in advance,
Harry
