What if you don't want to manage your property? #shorts

A close friend of mine, who's in his 60s, told me,
“Hey, Matt I love Airbnb investments
I want to invest, but I really don't want to deal with the headache of property management."

So I told him,
“Hey, you can go out there and find incredible properties
And there's so many different people who can help you.

They can take over your property
They can design it for you.
They can manage it for you.

And literally you don't have to do very much at all.”

There's two camps:
There's people that really want to manage their own property
and some that don't.

And the good thing is you've got options
and there's incredible property managers out there if you need them
to help you perform well with your properties.
