And I forgot to say that I am all natural no prohormones no trt no sarms HRT and my advice is you will be healthy in the long run because all that super heavy lifting it eventually he's going to wear out when you get older some people be fortunate enough not to get hurt they recover because they taking a bunch of drugs to so that sustains deal but it's not worth it in the long run all you got to do is look at Ronnie Coleman yes what it is. He look like a inhuman and I would like a mere mortal but I am five years older than him no disrespect but I look way better than he do now message think about it

Don't agree 64 years Young people are amazing months to seek and that's not to brag is facts and they think I'm 35 to 40 and I always do full range of motion how you buy beautiful facial trainer for certain powerlifting and stuff so maybe but I know once you get older you want to stay injury-free and stay mobile you need full range of motion I know it's a time of play for Shorty's like they say in prison ghetto Punk but if I only have one choice full range of motion and correct form is always the winner
