I’m a native English speaker and I can assure you most of these are fine and not incorrect. The difference between most of these are in levels of formality, the “incorrect” examples are actually just examples of casual English.

I love your way of teaching. However, I have some comments on your todays lesson. I don't think they are (some of them ofcourse) wrong statements, rather it depends on what one wants to say. For example: you would ask by saying "Where are you from?" - when you want to know the place.

Whereas you would ask "Where do you come from?" - when you want to know a little more about a person’s background/ ancestors/ lineage/ ethnicity and so on.

Correct me if I am wrong. And please persue on the good work😍
