Lee Anderson MP according to Parliament records voted against higher taxes on banks, consistently voted against raising the threshold at which people start to pay income tax, consistently voted for more constrictive regulation of trade union activity, consistently voted against measures to reduce tax avoidance. Sounds more like a man of the wealthy rather than a man of the people.

Any time an individual with a working class background and especially if they are from the north, speaks out, they are reminded of their background and their opinion is not taken seriously. A civilised society does not kill its citizens, we should not measure our standards against those of Saudi Arabia, Iran or North Korea, we should be better than that, this conversation wouldn't even be taking place in civilised countries in Scandinavia for instance, I hate what Britain's becoming.

Given that we now have blatant terrorist attacks and killings on our streets and we have DNA evidence, infinite sources of TV surveillance and improved Appeal procedures, I personally feel that the time is right to reconsider the death penalty for terrorist offences, if nothing else. Having said that, I know full well that a British Parliament which hasn't got the guts to define what a woman is, and is unable to deal with illegal immigration, would never in a million years have the courage to reinstate the Death Penalty.
