I read everywhere in comment sections of videos that are focused on the political, cultural and demographic shifts that we've seen, comments like,
"it's over for this country" and "get out now, it's just a matter of time" so many have given up hope, so many have no fight, or desire to turn this country around and make it better for future generations, I think the biggest threat to the future survival of this great nation is apathy.

All the videos of this conference are of speakers like this which suggests the "conference" is more a rally than a conference. If there were debates which have not been put online then the SDP lacks transparency. If there were debates (and the constitution doesn't seem to envisage members proposing motions that the leadership would be unhappy with) then the SDP is not a party. What is the point in joining such a party?

We need to re-appraise and rehabilitate functionalism and it's utility in understanding society. That the institutions of society have a function in reproducing society. The destruction of the family and the perversion of many of our institutions has created a dysfunctional society that can only be healed with the restoration and repair of those institutions and an understanding of their utility in doing so.
