Well depending on the time frame and throught the entirety of WW2 Sweden and Spain both liked Germany (at least somewhat) while the Czechs either didn't exist or where a puppet so I won't count them as a yes. Also to Yugoslavia it can be counted as both since at first they joined the Axis but the government was overthrown the day after that

actually Algeria like Germany because if it had not started World War 1 and 2 that weakened France, we would not have gained our independence
