We always had a guy who came into the field with half a dozen seasonings, and sprinkles. Without fail, cake sprinkles... so our Ranger cake had sprinkles. Even had a troop who's birthday was in the field, so he got an MRE spoon candle on his.

I remember the ranger sugar cookie. Take the coffee creamer, add a little sugar to the creamer container, mix, and cook the creamer bag over a flame for short time to make a cookie

Great video. I used iodine tabs at JOTC in Panama back in 89’. I’m glad it was in a canteen and not a clear bag. Never realized it was that color.
