I think that the kaiser wanted to annex Bohemia, but Bismarck refused because he wanted to make Austria an ally. It could be also intresting, because in this scenario, after WW1, Bohemia could get back Silesia or at least parts of it.

Prussia could ally with Hungary, cause the second one would need protection against Russia, Romania, the Ottomans and Serbia.
It could even take place an earlier Anschluss, letting Italy to take some regions.

The real challenge Prussia would face in this alternate timeline is that, if Germany does annex Bohemia and Moravia, most European powers would immediately become opposed to the state and the alliance structure of our timeline may unfold much sooner and WW1 would likely break out much sooner too

Yo a smaller version of this is my favorite alt history scenario.

To sum it up, Prussia, Italy, Romania, the Ottomans, and Russia invaded Austria and take some land, including Prussia, with small parts of the sudetenland, (I dont know how spell that) and then fight the French in the same way. The new factions are Russia, Germany, Italy, Serbia, Romania, Greece, Montenegro, against the UK, France, Austria, the Ottomans, Japan, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Bulgaria, with Murica joining later. Who wins? Idk.

Though if they successfully did so, they would likely also take austrian silesia and need to co-operate with Russia in the short term to avoid an eastern front.
