McKinley was one of the 15 greatest presidents in U.S. history quiet but fierce he had the courage that served him well on the battlefield as well as fighting for the people both as a lawyer and politician. He and Roosevelt are the architects of modern America. He is so under appreciated partly due to the larger than life status of Theodore Roosevelt.

I wonder why some people decided to scrap history in our schools, a nation with history can have an identity but that with none is soon obliterated as there's nothing to hold on to by the future citizens. A lot of our children do not know what happened from amalgamation through the series of events that has brought us so I just love watching these videos 😍😍😍

In 1896 Garrett Hobart was President William McKinley's VP. Teddy Roosevelt wanted to be the 1900 VP candidate. Hobart refused to step aside then died in November 1899,  age 55. TR and McKinley were elected November, 1900. McKinley was assassinated September, 1901 and TR became president. McKinley's campaign manager, Senator Mark Hanna, wanted to challenge TR in GOP presidential primaries in 1904. Hanna died February, 1904. TR is re-elected in November, 1904.

A shame the narrator mispronounced many words. And the black out between sections was so long

If you are going to publish our history, learn our pronunciations.

If you are going to produce a video about American History, at least have the common courtesy to get someone who knows how to pronounce the narration correctly. I watched about 3 minutes of it and had to find a different video covering the same story.
