Dirt Bike Wheelies Are NOT Easy! Wheelie Progression

I'm back again learning my dirt bike wheelies. My wheelie progression is coming along ok. Still a lot to learn and practice. It's all about training and putting the hours in. I self admit I've been slacking when it comes to effort and training but I'm still trying to improve my balance and clutch control.
Help support me by leaving a like and comment. Thank you.

Hey, I'm a dirt bike rider from planet earth! I love to film the shenanigans we get up to and basically have fun. I ride dirt bikes in the most beautiful places. Lots of fails, hill climbing, funny moments, hard enduro and sometimes extreme enduro. It's all about having fun with your friends and showing you the fun side of enduro. If you can't laugh at yourself, everyone else will. Enduro riding is life!

So this series gave me inspiration to try and practice wheelies....couple days on I’ve snapped my rear fender and cut open my knee🙂seeing you snap the fender and carry on has also given me the motivation to do so

Bru ok so me my sister her boyfriend and her two kids were outside having a small cookout and I was riding my dirtbike in the yard trying some wheelies and the grass was wet so I couldn’t really do it but my dad came up to me all confident saying I didn’t know what I was doing and he got on and put it in first and looped it within 2 seconds and broke my back fenders that I just got a week ago 😂

Good to see you learning your brake control, That's the key to a good wheelie

I have snapped over 3 rear mud guards trying to wheelie

Put both feet on the pegs, there's a reason that you keep circling left it's because your left leg is acting as a counterweight

Keep at it, it’ll feel like your getting no where for ages then bam everything will just click & you’ll be on ya back wheel everywhere you ride.

Nice job MX. I really enjoy your videos and this will make you feel better. You are doing much better than me and I have ridden for years. Could ride a wheelie on a bicycle forever, but suck badly on a motorcycle. You are getting it. Take care.

Last video was nice, looking forward to more! I'm super hyped for hitting my local terrain in the next couple of days, new tires installed, new grips, new hand guards, de-rusted and treated spokes, thorough deep clean, bikes been on a bike health spa :)

When doing slow speed maneuvers, drag the rear brake. It weights the rear more making turning more stable as-well as acting on the gyroscopic forces on the wheel

Brilliant video for me because I am going through exactly the same frustrations! Good to realise that I am not alone!

Nothing wrong with taking your time on learning the process in the correct manner, safety first mate! Good riding is safe riding.
