The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began – the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

Holly defends Nia all the time, it’s just the way Patsy defends her daughter that is the problem. Holly never criticized another dancer/child she criticized Abbey and the mothers. Take lessons!!

i really think this was a breakthrough for kendall. i think it was easier for her to emote something scary and creepy because you can switch emotions like 4-5 times while still being in line with the story!! brilliant, i wish she had more solos like this :]

I get that Black Patsy wants to defend Nicaya, but it’s the way she does it. Every time she opens up her mouth, I get so upset because she feeds into the stereotypes that ignorant people have for black mothers from the hood. I just really wish she wouldn’t do that. And another thing is, opening your mouth about another kid’s dance while you’re IN THE AUDIENCE, is not defending your child, you’re STARTING the problem for no reason.

Say what you want about Cathy but she’s 10x more respectful with her own kids. Also, what Abby said about the Harriet Tubman dance was absolutely disgusting, not only disrespectful to Nicaya (which she obviously doesn’t care about) but also Harriet Tubman. She’s lucky this show didn’t air in 2022.

I actually agree with Cathy and Black patsy when they said Kendall is capable of a lot more than what Abby gives her. I think Abby was just more focused on getting a win, instead of just allowing the girls to step outside of their comfort zones and to just have fun whether they win or lose that particular day.

Nicaya and Kendall weren’t even competing against each other. Nicaya I believe was a year or two older than Kendall so they weren’t even competing in the same age category. Also the face that Nicaya made was her getting first place in HER category. So both Kendall and Nicaya won.

I got to say Kendall's solo held my attention every moment. She absolutely nailed that solo. The way she ended it felt so real that I couldn't turn away until it was over.

Nicaya's dance was absolutely beautiful and meaningful and I think her mom is misunderstood. She is no worse or different than any of the ALDC moms. Kendall always dances beautifully as well and was totally underrated. She deserved way more from Abby
