Demigra has control over all space and time (scan)
For starters, the full thing is here instead of that cropped scan. Basically he got the power after eating TokiToki and became OP.
"All of space and time" can mean a lot of things. It can mean the space-time of a single universe like of all the multiverse. But it means more the space-time of a single universe in context. The Supreme Kai of time Manages the space-time of the universe (23:16 to 24:22). Chronoa also says that Demigra has endangered a single universe as well (37:11 to 37:24). Also,  TokiToki powers seem to be able to create only one timeline per time (Also said from 2:22 to 2:36). Though getting the egg does indeed allow you to manipulate space-time and absorbing it does give you power (23:16 to 24:20).
Demigra was about to destroy the whole multiverse and recreate it (scan)
Demigra explicitly needs to destroy the Time Vault to destroy the multiverse and cannot survive its destruction (3:17:11 to 3:17:44) and even needs to hide in the Crack of Time, which is a place outside the multiverse and the dimension of time (2:06:38 to 2:07:16).
The Time Vault is the place where all the scrolls which record history are held in, and if the Time Vault is destroyed from being overloaded, everything gets destroyed, and Chronoa needs to merge again the corrected scrolls once a change in history splits them. Heck, a random fight between Goku and the Future Warrior 1 could have done the same shit Demigra would do (3:28:50 to 3:29:20).
An important detail is also how in the TokiToki city the flow of time gathers, implying its importance to the balance of the multiverse in all of this.
Demigra creating his own history after? It was already established from another blog that history means timeline here, meaning that he would have created just a timeline after his plan, not the whole Multiverse from square one.
I find it pretty funny how the imgur album used in the blog purposely cuts off the portion of the dialogue where Chronoa says that Demigra would die too, with the latter even agreeing with her, just to say.
Beerus can destroy the whole multiverse (scan)
See above. The scan only says that if Beerus gets against the Time Patrol, he'd destroy everything, including the Time Nest, and that would cause Demigra's chain reaction once again, with them being unable to stop him from doing so. This scan of him "destroying everything" comes from here, said from Elder Kai,  and “everything” means once again just the universe as said from Chronoa shortly after. So this is just another case of scans being taken out of context in that blog.
Bonus: The fight between Demigra and Future Warrior destroyed the Crack of Time, which contains all the timelines as crystals
This can be an argument which can be used against my own.
Basically after the fight against Demigra in the Crack of Time, the latter starts to shake and collapse, with this happening in both the regular ending and the secret one.
However, this feat just is not impressive. At all. As said above, the Crack of Time is a place separated from both the Multiverse and the Dimension of Time, which is why Demigra was sealed there initially.
Despite the very first cutscene of XV1 showing that the crystals apparently contain the timelines, they’re not literally timelines, but just things linked to those. Demigra was sealed in the Crack of Time, using an illusion to interact with the timelines,  trying to change history in order to find a gap to physically escape from there. If they were literally timelines, Demigra has always had access to them, and thus not needing an illusion to enter in those. Not to mention that the crystals are not too bigger than both Goku and the Future Warrior, meaning that if the crystals were literal timelines, the characters would be of a size comparable to those, which is obviously false.
Meaning that the Crack of Time is not of Multiversal size.
Now I think I am truly done with Xenoverse 1, so let’s go to the next.
