I like the first two noted. You can get them on sale for at around $15 a dozen. Makes no sense to me to spend more when ultimately the ball faces its demise in the woods, pond, lake, etc.

All players will benefit from playing a tour grade ball. Yes a high handicap player will not benefit as much as single digit handicap player will. However if you don't mind the extra cost even a high handicap player will receive some level of improvement using a tour grade ball. Especially around the greens.

The review only covered golf balls with compressions of 60 and above for club head speeds of 70-80 mph. However, it did not mention several golf balls with compressions of 35-40, such as Callaway’s Supersoft, Maxfli’s Softfli, and Wilson Staff Duo Soft. Interestingly, many golfers with swing speeds over 85 mph use these balls and report excellent performance.

At the end of the review for Vice Pro Soft it says that it might not be ideal for golfers with slow swing speeds. Doesn’t make sense
