Get the Quick Launch Bar in Windows 10

Here is how to get The Ultimate Quick Launch Bar (A MUST). After these steps, close everything in the task bar and make sure it's empty. Right click on the task bar and make sure the line "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked. You will see a vertical line on the right side of the taskbar (the cursor changes when you over it). Now take this vertical line and drag it to the extreme left side of the taskbar. On the left side of the taskbar, you will see another vertical line. Push it to the left again to make sure that your quick launch icons are between these 2 lines. At this point it should looks weird and ugly but don't worry. Right click on a free space near an icon in the quick launch area and uncheck "Show text". Right clock again near this area and uncheck "Show title". Drag back the horizontal line again to minimize the quick launch area and maximize the tool bar. When you're happy, right click on the taskbar and select/check "Lock the taskbar". If you fallowed these instructions you should end up with with few icons at the right of the Start menu and Task View.

for dual monitor isn't the taskbar more useful ? since it appears on both monitors or will QL also show up on both monitors

I have the quick launch bar also, only it says desktop. But what I want to know is how I can load them in the order I want, or at least when the last item is loaded it will give a tone.

I don't understand why they change/remove such a simple and essential thing. This is sth. you can work with but now you have to click on those tiny >> characters, why not an icon, also i would like to have them on the left side.
