Yummiest Lotus Biscoff Cake!
Very easy to make! Must try out!

Ingredients 🌸
1 Egg ( room temperature )
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Oil
Few drops of Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Biscoff Spread
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Milk ( room temperature )

- Take a bowl and add egg , sugar , oil , vanilla essence and biscoff spread.
- ⁠Mix until it gets creamy and sugar gets completely dissolved!
- ⁠Now add all dry ingredients and mix gently.
- ⁠Now add milk gradually and mix well.
- ⁠Transfer it in a mould and bake this at 170C in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!

Pour or drip some biscoff spread on top with some other chocolate and serve with coffee!
