OnePlus 10 Pro long-term review: 5 months later

Just made the jump to the 10 Pro from the 7 Pro.. And if it was not for the terrible screen burn in I wouldn't have upgraded at all. With that being said, I am amazingly surprised at how much I love this phone..I just did the OnePlus clone and love it....They do need to restore oxygen back to its former glory though!

I just bought the one plus 10 pro 12/256 variant in black for $780 US. The phone is fantastic, and it also comes with a fast "65 watt" charging block and cable. I could care less about oxygen OS. I use "have been using for many years" Nova Launcher "customized to my taste, which is minimal" on all my android devices.

The OnePlus 5 was the best phone I had, with the best experience by far. The only thing it lacked was in camera quality. I don't know if the OnePlus experience is still as good to this day, but I'd be willing to try.

Just made a jump from 9rt to 10 pro ! And the difference is significant. Though some of the YouTube videos said difference is not much ! But there is a night & day difference in both of the phones. It has a beast of a battery ! It actually performed better than s22 ultra in day to day usage. I can go full 2 days with having it to charge in powersaving mode !

I have not had luck with any Android phones in the recent years. I used to have a OnePlus 7 Pro with Sprint and had to give it up when I switched to another carrier. Then I eagerly tried Pixel 6 last year whose fingerprint reader annoyed the brains out of me. Then I tried the Galaxy S22 Ultra and although I was in love with its stylus when I needed it at certain times, but I didn't find its fingerprint reader any magical either. Now I decided to try the OnePlus 10 Pro because it was on discount and so far, I am loving it. Fingerprint reader is solid as it was, at least for me, on all of my previous OnePlus phones. Then there is face unlock which is also quick and smooth. I missed the fast-charging speeds of OnePlus so much with Pixel and the Galaxy phones. Luckily, the battery does not drain too quickly either. Should easily last me a day with a full charge. Glad to see that OnePlus is continuously providing not only the infamous red USB-C charging cable, but also a power adapter, a free phone case and a screen protector already installed on the phone on top of the discount that I had already received. Now this is value. Although I have only had the phone for a day, but the only negative I have noticed so far is the main camera functionality. I feel like it takes grainy photos compared to the previous models. I mean they may not appear grainy at the default zoom level but if you zoom into the photo, you will notice some blurriness. Once again, not a deal breaker for me, but might be for avid photographers out there.

The sandstone case comes in handy. Tried it without a case for a few days and it's a miracle I didn't break it. Can't wait for my 10T to get here. Hate hate hate the curved display.

Oneplus 10 pro is definitely either a phone people love to hate, or hate to love. It's actually a solid phone, but cuz of it signaling oneplus not being its former self as a killer flagship, obviously the phone gets tons of flack.

I just ordered my 10 pro should have it in a few days I currently have the 9 pro and I traded in my old 8 pro for the 10 pro they took over $300 off I could not say no to that deal can't wait to try out the phone

Putting in the audio jack tells me the audio is serious. Putting in the pop up selfie tells me the privacy is serious. Yes, it's about the 7T Pro upgrade

Best phone in the market and with the price range it's far the best. Been buying one plus since the 5 and keep going. I have the last 3 phones in my drawer and still working lol

I came from an OG Pixel XL to a OP6T when it first came out and fell in love with OnePlus. Through the years reading and hearing all the negative talk about OP, I was left wondering what phone I would get next when it was time. I had my eye on the Pixel 6 Pro but with all the negative press and remembering what it was like being a beta user I decided to go with the OP10 Pro and man have I been happy with that choice. Love the 10 Pro, no complaints. Been a beast.

The 10 pro is a great device, no doubt, even looks beautiful as well. However, due to the change of UI it's not that appealing anymore. Sucks but that's how they want to do business.
