You know, if Star Wars wasn't owned by Disney, I would've loved to see either a movie or a TV Show focusing on Grevious' origins and what he did both before and during the Clone Wars. Yeah, he appeared in the Clone Wars animated series, but I want to see Star Wars movie or series focusing on Grevious.

As a Kaleesh though, I think that he fought and killed her himself, which shows his respect for her to an extent in that, as a warrior, he gave her a warrior’s death (not like Nadhar Vebb who he didn’t respect and just shot).

I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t respect Kenobi. Grievous seems like the sore loser type. You can tell he was raging on Utapau towards the end of their duel. He literally looked like he was gonna explode with anger.
