Some listings say this tests ESR but I do not see a dedicated function for that.

How accurate is this meter? Does it measuring accurately? Even down into the pF?

link says currently unavailable at amazon but last time I looked they were $155.00. At aliexpress they are around $20.00. Hmmm amazon are often toooo overpriced
