Thank you so much! So many videos teach the tecnical aspects of reading the capacitor, but I couldn't find a video to tell me what setting to use when MFD was not an option.

You need to tell people to discharge the capacitor before they handle it. Not everyone knows how dangerous they are. If someone who doesn't have that info watched this video they could get seriously hurt thinking you can just lay your fingers on top of the capacitor like you did here.

What does it mean if meter reads OL when on the right function. I am reading nF on one of my capacitor and it looks good. But on y other capacitor I can't get a reading the meter indicatesOL - its an AMES meter

Why is there no standard for the format of the numbers listed on a capacitor? I have a capacitor that looks exactly like that, but the numbering on it is not in that format at all.

My klien multi tester MM200 model can not read capacitance

I have the Klein MM1000. Does anyone know if you can test a capacitor with it? I did everything that was mentioned in the video and while pressing the select button, I do not get the nf symbol as mentioned in the video. Although I do get all the other symbols. is there something wrong with my multi meter?

Be sure to pet the terminals of a capacitor like that too. 😂

I have the same multimiter and it doesn't display that funtion, somebody knows why?
