hi just a suggestion, for the fifth generation instead of learning all the foot symbols and universities , just say CefSTARoline, star has 5 sides ( the usual ones :) )

Would love to see a general video on antibiotics and their mechanisms of action! Like mnemonic to help remember macrolides bind 50S, aminoglycosides bind 30S, fluoroquinolones bind DNA gyrase, etc. Can't remember them for the life of me. LOVING these pharm videos!!

For the 2nd Gen Cephs, I've personally found the process of elimination method to be inadequate. "Fox Fur For Pro Tan-ning" is a good mnemonic to remember the big five: ceFOXitin, ceFURoxime, ceFaclOR, cefPROzil, cefoteTAN. Kinda dumb but it's proven reliable.

Cef-ixime, one of the most commonly used oral cephalosporin 🌝

Cool trick for 1st Generation is that all Cephalosporins starting with CefA belong to 1st like the 1st letter of the Alphabet, only exception is Cefaclor that is 2nd Gen.
