Never judge a book by its cover. I once were training in the gym. I was quite confident with my performance and ended training on the wheels. Next to me was the station I last visited and my weights were still on it. A skinny young man approached the station, saw the weights and sat down. I thought „Well this maybe is a little to much for you.“
It turns out, my max weight was his entry weight.
I will never forget that.
