How I stretch wire for the aviaries or cages.

This is a simple technique and a simple tool that I've come up with in order to with in order to stretch the wire or hill screen or hail screen tight on the cages. I start in one corner and work my way out of the corner down the sides and work myself to the opposite corner.

That's neat! I found this video searching for tips to unroll that kind of mesh. Building an outdoor catio in the yard for cats. I would love to do something like that for my budgies though soon. Inside the house though. I would love something that gave them the option to be outside especially as two were rescued from outdoors at my wild bird feeders. I'm in south Texas so mild weather often. However I have repeatedly had hawks trying to get the budgies through the big window I have their large cage in front of. It's big and can have up to 7 budgies in it but I would like to give them more space. I have 3 in it. Heidi

Try stretching like a canvas… ie across the middle then across the centre top to bottom, then do the corners.

Mejor usar unas tenazas, o un alicate, y ganchos para coser la maya de metal.

Great way to do it! Nothing worse than wavy wiring
